Ep 7 - Life as a Chiropractor with Dr. Nikki Porteous
If you know any chiropractors, ask them why they became one and you will likely hear about how chiropractic changed their own life in some way. If you watch, you will also be able to see the passion and love for the profession on their face. Chiropractors love chiropractic. We love what we do. We love our patients.
Chiropractic is a profession that frequently chooses you. It is a call, that in most cases is unexpected and maybe a little nonsensical given the public perception and statistical career success.
Dr. Nikki Porteus, a chiropractor specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care joins me to talk about life in the profession. I ask her all my favorite chiropractor questions (including how she got into it), and we discuss and debunk common chiropractic myths, both regular and pediatric. Dr. Nikki exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate and caring practitioner. Plus, she's hilarious!
This episode will answer all your questions about chiropractic, and will also have you imagining you became a chiropractor in another life!
